Detroit as a industrial city, is re-thriving through a cultural movement. The project focuses on implementing the industrial and mechanical techniques Detroit owns for decades into an rich urban context. From self-community to adaptive reuse, the modular housing is efficiently adapted into multiple conditions.
STRUCTURE SYSTEM / DETAILS
The units are also designed with advanced and flexible structure system which combines automobile framing system into housing construction for innovation, easier utilization and significant cost-down. Elevation is also considered regarding human needs in the housing unit, which enables occupants can utilize single layout with various usages.
